some time back there was a restaurant called the Hammers on the Manor Park end of High Street North. They did steak in there.
It was awful.

Steak place in lloret does a 500gram veal chop for 18 euro. That's pretty good.
Best steak I ever ate was in a restaurant in Poland of all places.
